Reservations may be guaranteed with either a Faculty Club individual or group membership account or by credit card. Reservations that will be paid with a third-party's credit card require a credit card authorization form, signed by the card holder. Forms will be provided by the Faculty Club at the time the reservation is made and must be completed and returned before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Reservations for Cal home football games must be cancelled no later than one week prior to the arrival date. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a charge of at least one night.
