The Faculty Club at UC Berkeley now offers individual members the convenience of viewing their monthly statement online. We have
also collaborated with BancServ, an electronic payment service, to provide you with the option of paying your
bill online. We strongly encourage you to register online to view your statement. This free
service is not only more convenient, it is also more secure than paper statements sent through the mail.
We believe this will reduce costs and eliminate excessive paper handling. It also helps meet
the growing expectation of our members for online statements and payment services. Therefore, effective May 2009, The Faculty Club
will no longer be sending paper statements to individual members. Group members will continue
to receive paper statements as usual. Our goal is to provide our members an accurate, current,
and secure statement that is available for viewing or payment at any time.

e-Statements Are Free
There is no fee for e-Statements. You can view and print your statements as often as you like.
Fee For e-Payment.
There is a $0.50 convenience fee for this service, which is just about the same as the cost of a postage stamp.
e-Payment Is An Option.
No, you can still mail us a check through the U.S. mail or you can use your regular online payment service through your bank.
Information Needed To Sign Up For e-Statements
To sign up for e-Statements, you must be an active member of The Faculty Club. You will need to enter your Faculty Club member number. Remember that all individual member numbers are strictly numeric. Member numbers starting with letters must be replaced with numbers. Click here to convert your alpha-numeric member numbers. You will also be required to input your first and last name, email address and password.
Separate Login Information for e-Payment Services
All e-Payments are secure financial transactions solely between the member and BancServ, the e-Payment Service. This ePayment Services requires a separate login to insure your sensitive financial information is secure in transit. The Faculty Club and/or its staff do not have access to any information you provide at this stage, at anytime.
E-mail Address Is Required
We need your email address so that we can notify you when your monthly statement is ready to view.
Printing Statements
To print your statement, click on "Printer Friendly" version, located at the bottom right corner of you statement screen.

Click on view statement.
Registered user input your member number, password and click 'enter'
New User must create an account.
Complete registration form and click 'register'.
Login with your member number and password.
Click on 'Member Statements/Payments'.
View your 'unbilled' statement.
For current and past statements click on 'arrow down' button and select the month.
To print the statement click on 'Printer Friendly' version.
Mail your payment if you don't want to pay on line.
To pay online click on 'Pay Now' button.

As a member you have the option to make payment online. You may have noticed in the top right-hand corner of your online statement a"Pay Now" button.
Once selected, a new browser window will open where you will be prompted to login to the ePayment Services site. This ePayment Services requires a seperate login to insure your sensitive financial information is secure in transit. If this is your first time using the ePayment service, a registration process is required. To register to the website, select the 'Click Here' link located at the right of "New User? To Sign Up".
A similar Registration screen that you see below will appear. Complete the form, check the box for "Terms and Conditions" and click "Next" button.
You will then be prompted to enter the date on which you'd like to make payment and the amount.
